I’m beginning to have a huge problem on my hands.
My office bookshelf is getting overcrowded and a number of the titles are starting to complain about being squeezed for space.
The main culprit they point to is Patricia Cornwell and her immensely popular Kay Scarpetta series. Scarpetta has been going strong since her 1990 arrival in Postmortem. My, how time flies.
Over a 100 million novels sold in thirty-six languages in over 120 countries later, something has to give because there’s a new Scarpetta adventure – Dust – that needs a place of its own.
On the day of its launch, I had the pleasure of interviewing Patricia via satellite to talk about Dust and other aspects of her writing life.
Take a listen.
And, if you’re in the market for an espionage thriller, check out my debut, Sandstorm. Thanks for stopping by.
